Gingerbread House Decorating Party!

It is so much fun; however, a lot of work! Using the wonderful Martha Stewart homemade kit, I make all the houses myself and then everyone comes over to decorate and brings with them 2 bags of candy. This year, I went a little more laid back and only invited about 7 people and 3 came. Just the perfect amount. Last year, I slaved away making 15 house, which is a lot and a lot of molasses to buy! All of our houses were beautiful and none of them look the same at all. We all definitely have our own style! Best tradition ever and a great way to spend the holiday weekend!
And Captain Christmas came to join us! Mak’s new favorite nutcracker, I mean a pirate nutcracker what could me better?! More about him later though!
